Highly recommend Anna. I’ve dealt with several realtors in my time in South Florida and to say you have to be careful is an understatement. Anna is knowledgeable, hard working, responsive and will fight the long battle of buying and/or selling a home. I 100% believe she has your best interest as the client and will not only work to sell your home for the highest price possible, but on the contrary find you your dream home at the best price possible. We listed with Anna and sold at the highest price in the entire community. We briefly looked to purchase a home and thought we had found one and Anna gave her honest feedback on why we shouldn’t purchase it. I respect her so much for that and not trying to just make a quick sale. Not many out there like Anna, I can promise you that.

There's a lot I could say about Anna, but a text message I got from the seller the day I closed on a new home sums it up. She wrote, “I decided to do business with you because of your agent. I liked her professionalism, and everything she said, she did. You picked a winner!” And this is praise coming in even after the appraisal came in below the offer price and Anna had negotiated the seller to make up most of the difference! Anna is a no-nonsense force of nature, and worked tirelessly to help me find my new home, and she did it quick as lightning in the sizzling SoFL real estate market. She knew all the right people to make sure that all roadblocks and red tape were smoothed over in record time. But what I appreciated most of all was her honesty in all phases of the search and purchase: she told the unvarnished truth at all times about what was feasible, what was doable, what was impossible, what wasn’t worth worrying about, and what the red flags were. This is not to say that Anna is anything other than a warm and delightful person to work with, but she didn’t waste time or play games, a quality I appreciated very much. Clearly the seller appreciated it as well. And her advocacy didn’t stop after the purchase closed. She helpfully stuck by my side until all details were 100% done, even though I didn’t have to pay her a dime for her above-and-beyond efforts. Next time I am looking to buy or sell, Anna will be at the top of my list of professionals to call. Recommended without reservation.

Every phone call, text and email was responded to BEYOND promptly. I feel comfortable in stating that Anna's skill set is VERY STRONG. She is extremely resourceful, a GREAT negotiator and followed up on EVERY detail. Bottom line is that NOBODY IS "GETTING OVER" ON ANNA KUZMINOVA! Anna works both HARD and SMART. Anna is a dedicated, seasoned realtor, who basically takes control of the transaction from first viewing to final closing, which is exactly what I was looking for. I work as an independent contractor, and although local credit umions would not give me the time of day since I did not have two years consistent employment, Anna referred me to a lender/broker she had previously worked with, who took control of my financial info, and the broker, along wiith Anna, worked at all hours just to secure me a loan. Anna is absolutely the best Realtor I have ever worked with! Late last year my father had a heart attack and we had to move him into a nursing home in Massachusetts to be near us. I was looking for a Realtor to sell his condo and Anna was recommended to me by my cousin. She stepped in (without being pushy) and helped us every step of the way and made the whole process easy. Since we were in MA she helped make arrangements to clear out his condo, have it professionally cleaned/painted and even made arrangements to have his car stored until we could sell it. Most importantly, she sold the condo at a great price in a very competitive market!
